here we go again.....people using their sick leave when they are not sick. Maybe we need to extend the 36 hour rule for the weekends in summer months.

As far as units going OSS, they do it all the time for repairs, drills, etc; cant we still ride with 3?

How do you know that I’m not sick? Did you come by and check on me? When I was sick last week I came in so that I can use sick leave when I can’t get annual leave. Besides, it’s my leave and I can do with it what I want. Now with the S/L bank gone why should I let it build up to 10 days? I can always use my A/L or C/L if I needed it when I am sick, no denied leave or waiting list that way.
